Vladyslav Rieznikov, with over 18 years in litigation, specializes in corporate and tax disputes, real estate, and debt collection. He has significant experience in the banking and agricultural sectors, managing legal proceedings and defending client interests in tax authority appeals. Significantly, Mr. Rieznikov is not only the founder but also the creative force behind “Nazovni Tech” and its international platform of economic diplomacy “Nazovni”.
 

Danelyan Anzhela

Director of Strategic Development

Anzhela Danelyan is a key figure at Nazovni Tech, as she currently excels as the Director of Strategic Development. Previously, she demonstrated her expertise as co-owner and director of “New Castle,” an investment consulting firm. Her political skills were evident during her tenure managing a legal reception office in the 2014 Verkhovna Rada elections and as an assistant-consultant to a Member of Parliament until 2019. At “Itex Communications” she has significantly contributed to the company’s strategic growth in Eastern Europe. With master’s degrees in Law and Political Science, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Nazovni Tech.

Podtserkovnyi Oleg

Head of the Project Council

Professor and Advisor, Doctor of Juridical Science. Dr. Oleg Podtserkovnyi is the Head of the Department of Commercial Law and Procedure at the National University “Odessa Law Academy”. He graduated from I.I. Mechnikov Odessa State University in 1995 and has since established himself as a significant figure in Ukrainian legal education and policy. With a Ph.D. and a Doctorate in Law, his expertise in economic law is reflected in his over 320 published works, including textbooks and monographs. Professor Podtserkovnyi is also a corresponding member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine and has been influential in various legal reforms in Ukraine. 

Belianevych Olena

Head of the Supervisory Board

Professor and Advisor, Doctor of Juridical Sciences. Dr. Olena Anatoliivna Belianevych holds the position of Professor at the Department of Civil Law and Procedure at Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University. She built a scholarly reputation as an established scholar in the field of economic and economic procedural law, with an exemplary record of productivity and influence. Dr. Belianevych authored more than 150 scientific publications and influential legal texts. Her impact in the field of law goes far beyond her extensive scholarship.  She is actively involved in Scientifical and Consultation Counsel of the Supreme Court, acts as an independent commercial law advisor. Recently Dr. Belianevych has also been added to list of arbitrators of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine. She is also the founder and expert at the platform of strategic and legislative analytics “Coordynata”.

Bilyk Iryna

Head of the Project Management Office

Iryna Bilyk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international relations and diplomacy. Her distinguished roles include serving as Consular Officer and Chargé d’Affaires a.i. at the Ukrainian Embassy. She earned her MA in International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and possesses a strong background in event management, communications, and design. Iryna’s diverse skill set and broad global perspective are valuable assets to our team.

Kochyn Volodymyr

Head of the Private-Public Partnership Department

Senior Researcher, Candidate of Law Sciences (Ph.D.), Volodymyr Kochyn brings a rich background in legal research and academic excellence. He holds a Ph.D. in Law, has authored over 200 scholarly publications in the fields of civil law, business law, and corporate law. This includes five monographs, eight chapters in monographs (including international publications), 14 articles in collections of scientific works, over 50 scholarly articles in professional and international periodicals, and approximately 100 abstracts presented at academic conferences. His career includes significant contributions to legal research and the development of new legislation, reflecting his deep understanding of private and corporate law. 

Sologub Oleksandra

Head of the “Nazovni.Online” Project

Oleksandra Sologub, professional with over 13 years of expertise in Management, Project Management, Supervision, Technical Support, Negotiations, and Contracting, coupled with extensive experience in Export-Import activities. With a track record of successful projects in GCC countries and Europe, Oleksandra has led technical teams, managed projects, and fostered crucial relationships to secure business commitments. For the past two years successfully operates at Nazovni.Online leveraging her wealth of experience to support and empower Ukrainian companies in expanding their export capabilities.

Syrytsia Maryna

Head of the “Yarmiz” MHPSS Project

Maryna Syrytsia is our esteemed crisis and family psychologist and psychotherapist, whose expertise significantly enriches the Nazovni Tech team. Serving as a lecturer at the Military Institute of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, she specializes in working with military service members, veterans, and their families. Marina is the author and trainer of impactful programs aimed at helping these individuals overcome the effects of war, bringing nine years of dedicated experience to our mission. Her work is a cornerstone of our efforts to support the mental health and resilience of those affected by conflict, highlighting the depth of her commitment and skill. Marina’s role in developing and leading these programs underscores her invaluable contribution to our collective goal of healing and recovery.

Dziun Inna

Expert on MHPSS

Inna Dziun is our valued crisis and family psychologist, who has been working with veterans and their families since 2020. She leads support groups for individuals dealing with grief and ambiguous loss, providing a vital space for healing and understanding. Inna’s expertise in navigating the complex emotional landscapes of those affected by loss and trauma has made her an indispensable part of our team. Her compassionate approach and dedicated work in offering support reflect our commitment to addressing the psychological needs of our community, particularly those touched by the challenges of post-service life.
